i had submitted forms 107 & 108 with the institute on 25/05/2011. I received a correspondence from Institute that my articleship has been terminated and i need to submit form 102 along with form 103. i wanted to ask about the penalty that i have paid along with forms 107 & 108 and the penalty on late submission of form 102 & 103.

termination does not mean you have to pay penalty. it means your form no. 108 is accepted for termination. you will have to fill form 102 and 103 for re joining
