I hv completed my articleship on 10/2/2014. ther was no issue of extension from ma principal's side but aftr more than 60 days letter from institute came stating i have extension for a period f 4 days..n form 107 to b filed .can any1 help me wt the formalities..

Thanks alot Disha... but i have contacted the branch n the person told me to fill up form 102 103 n 108. not needed form 107. n she also said to do the franking for form no. 102. but as per the current norms franking has been stopped so i ll take 100 rs, stamp paper but m not getting what shud b done with the stamp paper ..either i shud get the form 102 printed on it or shud send the stamp paper blank ? i tried calling at the institute but they din reply the call since 2 days..
Hi Krishna.. I had also received a letter from the ICAI saying that I need to make the required changes in the original deed of articles as I had registered my extension even before any letter from the ICAI.
I spoke to a person in Kanpur as my regn no. is CRO.. So they said that I am not required to send orginal deed of articles as there has been no break in my articleship period. In your case, there is a break and you have to re-execute form 102 & 103 as I wrote earlier. Please re-confirm about the req. of Form 107 because as per my knowledge it is compulsory for any extension.

Thanks Disha will send form 107 also. my concerned regional office is not responding thats the problem.. wher to ask any query they are least bothered. Anyways thanks

Disha can u jus let me knw have u filed form 107 on Stamp paper or normal print out?
