Articleship extension problems

my ca articleship was over in papers on 05.08.2013 and when i filled the form after around one month my employer had put excessive leave around 95 days. This means i have to further do 95 days training but since i didnt continue under him after 05.08.2013, what procedure is to be adopted. also yet no letter of institute has come regarding extension. kindly also tell that I can instantly register under new employer or i have to wait for any letter from institute regarding extension. the latter part is more serious query for me.
