hai friends! please tell me whether articleship will be treated as proper and valid experience for getting employment in an accounts or finance department of a company if person who has completed 3.5 yrs of articleship but still not cleared PCC? will B.com and articleship be treated as a proper experience sufficient to get good employment?
If so how to convince the HR of the company that you possess valid experience since your experience is neither certified by your principal nor the institute?
will articleship be acknowledged or respected by companies?
