Articleship completion quey

I filed  form 103 with extensiom of 653 days, but I received letter of extension from institte of 591 days.Errors was done from my side im calcuating leave days.So, I filed fresh 103 with extension 653 days, but in real extension is ony 591 days.

What should I do? Because according to 653 days mynattempt will be may 216 and as per correct extension of 591days my attemot will be may 15.

Please advise me
