I lost my Articleship Completion Letter...
Does anybody know the procedure for getting a duplicate Articleship Completion Letter???
I need it urgently as it has to be attached with the examination form!!!!

You can get it from your office where you did your articleship. The exact copy of Articleship completion letter is also sent to your principal. So just take a xerox/photo copy of it from your office.

you can apply for a duplicate completion letter.
just send an application on plain paper ti icai.

But that might take time... I probably won't get it before the last date of submission of examination form.. Can I directly go to delhi and collect the letter???
The e-Sahaayataa service of the Institute also doesn't seem to be working... Received no replies yet since a couple of days.. Not even the verification email...

Even I haven't receive the same and the officials there at ICAI are saying just attach the copy of Form-108 alongwith the examination form.
on a lighter note ICAI only concerned about the EXAMINATION FEES nothing else dude.

Yeah agree with Arpit. It wont be any problem at all even if you dont submit the copy of this articleship completion letter. You will definately get your admit card. Icai has got your articleship completion details in their server. Its just an unnecessary formality to submit this letter with form. I dont think going to Delhi or any place will help. Just fill up your form and study your best. Good Luck.

Dear Darpan,
No Need To waary right now .If u remember your complition date just wrote it in the form , Insitute will accept it without attaching this complition certificate . Me Also did this last time and i have no problem to get my roll No.So brother fully concentrate in your study no need to come Delhi or your office rightnow . After exam you can apply for duplicate just writing a simple paper.

No need to worry, just visit to your nearest ICAI office and ask for articleship completion letter.
1st try gettin it sayin that you havent received or say u lost it & want another copy: In such case they provide a articleship completion letter at that very moment but dont forget to mention them that you require the articleship completion letter to fill the exam form. I would prefer you to follow this
The other way is give an application for a duplicate articleship completion letter, this will take much longer time comparitively.

1. Just go the link https://220.225.242.179/mem_card.asp
2. Fill your principal M. No. and D.O.B. & Region ans submit.
3. Click on the Article / Audit (List of Student undergoing Training with details) if your name is stated under Student Terminated / Completed Article / Audit Training Details it mens that you have completed your training.
Take print out of the same i think it will work.

Hey mates
I also have encountered the same problem, infact neither me and nor my principal have received the completion letter till now 27/02/2013. But for the same , I have talked with the regional office at Kanpur, who detailed me that ; in this situaution only the date prescribed on the letter of completion (which the regional office had provided me on phone) will be sufficient.
Also for the precaution I have enclosed a letter addressing to Secreatory of Exams concerning the problem and for issuance of a copy of my completion letter. It had worked for the last two times for me.
And don't worry Arpit is right , ICAI is mostly concerned with the fess portion and te remaning data is in thier server.

I think even the process of submittion of exam form after online application is just the formality. It is just bcoz ICAI is already having all this details in their server. Dont worry..

Hey.. friends.. Is there any more people who got their admit card without submission of completion letter or even exam form physically??
I just want to know because want to confirm that are any probs arrises in absence of it or not.
