When articleship of 3 years is completed and there is excess leaves for let say 40 days, Can article serve or complete the excess period under any other CA firm other than whom he had completed his articleship.

Form 102, 103 is sufficient or any other form

No as per Regulation 59 of CA Regulations, you've to serve that excess period with the same employer. But as Hammad said if you have good relationship with your principal, he would waive off that excess period.
