If someone wants to do CA while he alresdy engaged in Govt. job, so what is the procedure of articleship for such person

Dear Freind
Are you not happy with your govt job. The CA course is distance learing course but include articleship of three year which make it difficult. last Twelve month training can be done in any industry under CA and twelve month is exempted for soldier in any army wing.But you can do dummy if you can arrange
