Articleship

Can any one suggest me ....i m a student of Delhi and started my articleship on 2 may 2014 ND taken transfer on 30 august..and again join for articlship on January and again take transfer on 2nd July 2015.....frm my point of view this is within one year but institute tld me that the perioud whch u r havnt done any articleship that will also be counted..in this case how can I take transfer???
