Yes you can convert your PE or PCC to IPC, according to my knowledge. Further more, ask this query in expert section or contact nearest ICAI branch, you will be guided properly there! :)

If u have a degree with overall 55%,surely u can enter direct entry...
TOP DECISION...GO AHEAD FAIZA!!!
Jz ensure that u choose a small firm...where there is less workload...
ITT and Orientation still holds same validity!!! JUST APPLY FOR DIRECT ENTRY!!!

Yes You can do so if you have graduation with 55% marks.
But my personal opinion is First Passed the Both Group of IPCC because due to work in office you have to suffer a lot for your study. further you cant get more leave for exam prepration...
the decision is yours...
