An articled assistant completes two years of articleship with one principal. He wants to terminate the articleship at the end of the second year and wish to start industrial training. But the incumbent is not getting the trainning opportunity as required. Whether such an article can start industrial training after one year of the current termination. Whether he has to continue articleship with the present principal?. What is the law position in this regard?

No, he can start after one yr.
But if he start after one yr. Then he is not eligible to write CA final exam bcz. We can write only after completing of 2 1/2 yrs.
