write a letter to ICAI-Regional Office for Duplicater issue..

or i have to go there????

its better you go there personally and discuss..corresspondence through letter will delay the process

anyways you have to give a written request but visiting personally may resolve the issue faster

ICAI accepts handwritten letter from the students. The typed letter may be rejected. SO better you write it by yourself.
