Articleship

Hi frnds

I have completed my CA this november. I was filling the form for campus placement in which I had to enter details for my articleship. Now I was registered as an article under a CA but I did my articleship in his friend's firm. So while filling the form should i mention the firm in which i was actually registered or the firm in which i worked?
