I am in first year of articleship and i want to take transfer.....bt my partner wont sign....
so i want to knw wht i can do?????
is dere any o
ption of termination....dat my whole period wont be counted and i can start from beginning

First of all find a Ca firm , then submit a form no. 102, 103 and 112 in Institute for Registration of articleship within a month form the starting of training .
Where will i get form 102, 103 & 112 ?

articleship form should be taken from institute and not downloaded..
