As per new amendment, students who have already cleared graduation can start their articlship without clearing group 1 of ipcc (subject to certain conditions).
but the students who have already registered for ipcc (graduation completed) and who hasnt cleared for 2 attempts.. can thy start start their articleship... plz help...

In my view NO. Because there is no notification allowing IPCC already registered students (who completed graduation) to directly enter into articles. As of now clearing 1st group is mandatory. We also may be included along with new announcement after its approval by the Govt.

i visited one seminar 2-3 days ago...their one of the council memebr said that it will take 3 months atleast to apply this rules......
so according to me i suggest u to start articleship if u have passed...and if u did'nt cleared then i guess u cant start.....
