In my opinion you should mark an e-mail to e-sahaayataa, explaining about your problems

If possible attach the scan copy of Form 108 duly acknowledged by the institute

you will really be amazed to see the quick response from there side

I also had the same sort of  problem, i had  just marked one e-mail to them and my problem was sorted out in 2 working days

Just Try it, might be the matter get sorted out

i heard else where about starting of articalship after passing cpt for gratuates.so please replay me as early as possible.
