MY artilceship completed on 2nd jan 2011 and thereafter there was an extension of 110 days over 180 days leave allowed by ICAI. My 45 days extension already got over as on today. But tiil now i have not submitted 107 and 108 in ICAI. 107 is required to be executed after frankin from bank and date on it will be todays date. Will this deed be accepted of 3rd jan having date of today? Instead of Frankin can we attach Rs. 100 revenue stamp on the deed?
