Hey guys

please help me.

I am a IPCC student

I want to start my articleship

Please tell me which type of firm I join A big one or a small one or a medium one.

and gave me same of them................

Hi My advise to you is to join in a Medium firm because there you gets multi-subject exposure, which will not be available when you join in Big4. But in Big4 you gets more stipend than medium firms. Moreover in when you join in any of the Big4, your exposure limits to a particular field like tax or audit etc. You wont get other subject experience. They will specialise you in only one field. So if you want multi-subject experience then you join medium firm, here also they pay a decent stipend, but exposure will be gud in medium firms. So its upto you now which one to join. In Big4 i think they give exam holidays for 2-3months. I think the same may be given by medium firms too depending on the firm and your rapport with your boss. At both the places you may have to put in more working hours. Be ready for it and prepare for the interviews. All the best.

You try to contact these offices or visit them for any vacancies. These firms, as i understood, are having renowned partners who are having vast experience in their fields.
