The basis for articleship is clearence of first group of ipcc.So answer should be "No" with respect to any firm.U can join as a employee ,certainly not as an intern.But ofcourse u may apply & try for an interview..or forward ur resume to ur frez in big four in advance before ur results..but ultimately every thing is dependend on results.
