according to the institute, article ship is very much important becoz it is believed that u get exposed to practicle knowledge as it also helps in understanding theorotical concepts....
but it depends as per individual firms as to how they expose u to new concepts, and so on

Articleship is an integral part of ca course.
so according to me you must go for the training,not for whole period but atleast 1.5 to 2 yrs.

Dear Vidisha,
Do you only want degree attached with your name. If you are chartered accountant without experience than how do you feel????
I dont think you will feel better than those who are experienced CA's.
So it is very important but yes i would say one thing that it may be reduced.
So that you can have enough time for your studies.
