You dont have to give exact calculations. It is just a formality. My senior in office had converted the whole period of training i.e., 3.5 years(PCC) into weeks and had given bifurcation of work on estimated basis in each year. In the colum of year 3, u hav to give details for 1.5 years.
U can send the form at your zonal address of southern region.
