The most important thing which you should keep in mind and expect is a good office environment with lot of opportunities to learn and willingness among the staff/colleagues/partners to support you during the training period.
The office environment must facilitate you not only in learning the nuances of how to work but must also aid in honing your soft skills, which is the most important asset.
The reciprocity to give you work will depend on your interest and ability to perform well when a particular task is entrusted to you. You can prove your mettle by your work. Action speaks louder than words they say, so should be your thinking process.
The wish list goes on...... and I do not want to take you to a dreamland, beacuse the reality would be something which you must realise and get adjusted.

It is the quality of work which should matter and not how many number of companies. Let us say suppose the firm has 100 company audit - small company. private company, public company PSU etc, what will be key for you is whether you get good exposure in learning variety of work.
