Sir, I present doing my articleship. I completed one and half year articles. I want to take final coaching and my principal also gave permission to that, so i paid fees for that but now my principal not allowing for coaching.I taken 3months leave in that 2months for 2nd group exams. Please help me is there any solution for this. Please help me immediately.

Buddy, total leave available for the article students is 1/6 th of total Article period (Excluding Holydays). As u have already availed 3 months leave so u can ask another 1 and 1/2 month leave (aprox). If your boss is ready than ok, Otherwise no options......

Requesting to boss for leave is best weapon....

Nothing else can help buddy....

Hi Santosh,

never lose hope, i think you should talk with your CA politely & try to convince him bcoz you have submitted your fees & it will not be refundable. or try that someone from your family talk with him regarding the same. i think it will help...
