YES ,an articled trainee can change his firm after the completion of 2 years of his articleship.he can change the firm at any time. But friend try to give good weightage to your certificate which will be helpful to u after the completion of articles

The student can take tranfer without hassles after 2 years of articleship. IF the principal refuses to sign form 109 its nt a issue coz he can opt for industrial training and in that case ICAI favours him.
