My first year of articleship is getting finished on 22nd august 2012 and I have taken transfer from my previous principal he signed form-109 on 13 august 2012. My question is If i get a new firm and registered myself in that firm on 24th august 2012 is my transfer valid???

Yes your transfer shall be valid but there shall be an extension of 11 days in your remaining articleship period
my another question is that I have not submitted form-109 in institute till now should i submit it on or before 22nd august 2012 or I can submit it with fresh 103
