Is there any exemption in article ship if you have worked under an auditor as an non article.
I have worked under an auditor for 3 years and giving my ipcc exam in may 2011 and if i clear may 2011 exam what is the article ship period for me and when i will be eligible to write my final exam.

One can register under a CA as an Audit Assistant after passing CPT using form 113 and serve 4 years, this period is considered like articleship only.

You can try if you can get a back-dated registration, if the CA agrees, and by paying condonation fees for the delay to the institute.
If you served that period before passing CPT, it can't be considered even for audit assistant .
If that was before IPCC in general, it can't be set-off against articleship.
What I wrote can be a possible solution, but you might want to go through the regulations and get confirmed answer from e-sahayata, as I am not cent-per-cent sure.
