Article on t-2 form

Dear All,

From Today it is mandatory to issue T- 2 Form under D-Vat

 Now  before the goods physically enter in boundary of Delhi, the details shall be submitted by all dealers in Form T-2 having GTO > ₹ 1 crore in 2012-13 or on any date in the current financial year on which the dealer attained/attains the lower limit of GTO of ₹ 1 crore.

There is exception also for not filing the Form for dealers exclusively dealing in Tax Free Goods or not crosing limit.

D- Vat department has perscribed the format & way how to file mention on DVAT site.

Filing Criteria online:

Option on DVAT site left side below login  Goods Movement ( T-2)  login is your existing TIN number & password is your as et by you, by using this you can file details of good an all entering from outside Delhi.

If you are using throrgh website then you can revise, update GR an all and also see history.

There is also facility of regitering your Mobile number after login.

Filing Criteria Mobile SMS 

You can also send SMS by followong way:

Mobile Number on which SMS to be sent: 9211728082

Instruction for SMS:

1. No space should come in any value.

For Vehicle No –DL1P3845, invoice no -PR/258/13-14, Delhi VAT Rate is 12.5% and Vat rate wise actual invoice amount (Excluding CST and Freight value) is 858925, then we just type it as per mentioned SMS format and send it to 9211728082.

After sending SMS, You will receive a SMS in reply from DM-DVATDL for confirming the successful submission of information, with  id.

Not going into deep department has understand fully easily.

Problem which we will face is that, not posible to Fill Form & update again etc.

Department in FAQ said they will provide an option for creating multiple ids to Buying dealer so that they will provide to Seller for filling T-2 Form on seller ends and by this Department will also maintain your Privacy on site with other content not to show to Seller ( like return , Aeement etc) except this Form and GR updation etc. in future.

Lets see when this happen.
