articleship in CA ......article assistant getting stipend can get exemption under income tax Act.......in what section it will exempt .....in the hand of article assistant ......?

I think it's not taxable at all unless your stipend income exceeds basic exemption limit

Stipend is exempted income... May be under section 10...this time not in mind... First check then confirm u

ho dude, there is no such provision in income tax. so it is taxable

Bro plz refer section 10(16) of income tax act... Before posting anything first u confirm it at ur level... It doesn't come under the definition of salary
