Articalship stipent has doubled ,is it proposed or notification has passed?

Hahaha..good joke....ye ICAI h..The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India not of students....so anything beneficial to students cant be implementd...stay blessed in 1000-1500
That notification was not for increasing the stipend, that was only draft for that purpose. date of applicability will be date on which The Chartered Accountant Regulation Act got amended. refer link given below: https://220.227.161.86/34732notification24475.pdf
