Dear Experts, My client is a pensioner who is received an arrear for the period of 1993-94 to 2002-03 in the previous year 2013-14. Could we claim relief U/s 89(1) ? If S Kinldy refer any calculation format which has the period from F Y 1993 to till date. Or not kinldy put light on it.

relief will be available under sec 89(1).... if you know calculation procedure and if you have documents relating to those years then you will be able to calculate it easily.

frankly speaking, there wont be any format available containing calculations for such long period. you will need to gather all reqd info and then calculate relief yourself.
