As a first step, prepare form 10E to find out the amount of relief under section 89
and thereafter Both ITR-1 and Form 10E should be submitted online

No fees for Form 10E, free of charge
you can submit by login your incometax account
or
it should be uploaded through your income tax account (on www.incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in)

form 10E is not difficult to fill
all returns pertain to previous four years, arrear has been received

And sir arrears of all the previous years are included in current year salary and the whole income including arrears is shown in form 16 of the current year sir g??

first of all segregate the figures of arrear from salary to calculate benefit under section
89(1)
