Arrangement for amalgamation
Sir. when the transferer company is getting amalgamated with transferee company then what is the statutory document which proves/authenticates that transferer company got amalgamated in to transferee company and also what is the authenticate date as to from which date such affective amalgamation is happend.

Tribunal order can be used as statutory document.Date of order is effective date of amalgamation.
