Get the form 102 and 103 from ICAI... Commonly known as Articleship registration form. It is the articleship deed....

is 15/- stamp is affixed on the form.for this purpose going to treasury office is must.

No need of stamp. But you have to buy stamp paper of may be Rs. 10 from the notary public.
