Are Schedule AMT & AMTC mandatory in ITR2 for NRIs

In spite of unselecting Schedule 115J and NOT opting for new regime of tax calculation, Schedules AMT & AMTC are showing up and cannot be unselected for NRI assessee. Is this correct or is there a bug in the new Income tax software.

Also the default calculations are worked out and shown in these schedules without entering any information.
