Are llp meetings mandatory?
I am forming an LLP and in process of preparing agreement for LLP. Is the meetings clause mandatory?Is holding meeting mandatory for each year?
Please help.

No, Meeting for LLP is not mandatory unless agreement forming LLP contains the clause of containing any Board Meeting
