Are conservative hybrid funds better than pure debt funds?

Pure debt funds invest in stocks that pay interest. These are the kind of stocks that a retired person would own. They pay out a fixed return, so no matter how well they perform, you will receive the same return. Whereas, Conservative hybrid funds are funds that invest in stocks with moderate market value, but conservative and profitable. They are good for new investors, but should not be the first fund of choice for a professional investor, such as a bank or a pension plan. What I think of investing may differ from other investors. I believe that conservative hybrid funds are good to invest in.
