pls kindly clarify, whether we can issue ARE3 form in dublicate, because original has been misplace during the goods in transit. If yes, pls kindly give what procedure we have to follow.

In my opinion, FIR should be lodged with Police. Then consignor should send self certified copy of assesee copy of ARE-3 for rewarehousing certificate.
