11 February 2020I have not filed MY GST 3B Returns From April 2018 to Till Date Now i am ready to file and pay the tax along with interest and penalty can i file my GST 3B along with the ITC and Utilise the ITC For Payments of Tax in Servcies and Pay the Interest along with Returns

As per section 16(4), the last date for taking credit for ITC would be earlier of
(1) Due date of filing Sept 2019 Return, i.e 20th Oct 2019 or
(2) before filing of annual return
Whichever is earlier.
