Dear Sir, I have April.2017 to June.2017 pending purchase invoices to book. Can I book them in July.2017? Can I avail the Vat Input Credit? What Form and Return Form is required to declare such purchase? Please advise

You may fall u/s 140(5),it say, if tax paid by supplier in earlier period, the material recd in july,the receiver can book the invoice within 30 days ie 30 july.
