Approval of financial statements and directors report
Please advise whether Filing of MGT 14 for Approval of Financial Statements and Directors Report is mandatory for all the Companies: Listed, Unlisted, Pvt Ltd.

It is exempted for Private Companies with effect from 05th June, 2015. However, this exemption is not applicable to Private Companies which are subsidiaries of public companies.
