Approach a buyer to sell his business

Dear All,

Need your help.
On behalf of my client (Acquirer) , I'm going to meet the Promotor (Seller) to get the insight whether he is willing to sell off his business. What questions should I ask him so that I get a clue on his thinking of selling business.

I will be meeting him as vendor sourcing consultant.
