Appointment of MD in AGM

Dear All,

If a Managing Director is Appointed in AGM , then whether is it necessary to file form 23 again within 30 days of AGM ?

We have already Filed form 23, 25C and 32 while appointing him in Board Meeting.

Company is an Unlisted public Co.

Dear Daga,

In My view, you completely and correctly followed process of appointment of MD in BOD meeting and completed E-filings thus no need to of Duplication of process
