Appointment of MD in ABC pvt ltd co(subsidiary of Pvt. ltd.)

Hi,

Simply pass a board resolution for the appointment of Mr. A as MD of ABC private limited.and file form 32 with 30 days of passing BR.

 Form 32 is only for the appointment. Which form is to be filed for the remuneration of MD and other terms and conditions of appointment.

No need to file any form w.r.t. the remuneration of director in private company.

if i wish to increase salary of md and directors in pvt company what resolutions need to be passed
 

section 314 is not applicable to pvt co then why a  special resolution in general meeting is required
