LLP is a body corporate and hence it can not be appointed as an auditor of the Company

Dear Syam,
MCA vide its notification, has notified that LLP, which is a Body Corporate as per the Limited Liability Partnership Act 2008, shall not be treated as Body Corporate, for the purpose of section 226(3)(a) of the Companies Act 1956. Therefore an LLP can be a auditor of a Company.
