Please guide me on the following
1. If board of director fail to appoint first director with onw month from the date of incorporation then how it can appoint first director.
2. If Auditor couldnot file the Form 23B with in one month, what will happned in such situation. is there any penalty or any other legal consquencies.

1. If the Board fails to make such appointment, the appointment is made thrg AGM.
