appointment of director in opc
I have an opc. sole member was single director. he died on 17-6-17. his wife was nominee and she has no DIN. as on date 19 Feb. we have not filed any form to ROC. no the question is can I appoint his wife as director from back date or not.

she need to get din first if she wants to be a director
and she will become the sole member of the opc by virtue of law
