Friends Please tell me the Procedure to appoint Director in EGM.Is it compulsory to appoint director in AGM only.

Directors are generally appointed by Board in board meetings except in some circumstances.
If you wish to appoint director in EGM, you check your Articles of Association before stepping out for such appointment.
Not necessarily the appointment be made at AGM, they can be appointed in EGM as well.
