Can we appoint Executive Director as a chief financial officer?
if yes where it is mentioned in act.

You please also mention a brief introduction about the Company like whether it is pvt ltd or public ltd. borrowings and share capital details. These will be considered to know the appointment status of KMP whether it is required of not. If required then Composition of Board must also be considered, because a single person can not hold two KMP positions in same Company or in different Company. Because the KMP is considered as full time employment.
