Thanks Mr Ajay & Mr Jitesh . Can u pl provide letter of appt of CEO. Do we have to define its role and responsiblities in the letter. Actually mine is a small Co. where just formal letter of appt is given containing only salary break up and date of joining. Can u pl send me the letter of appt. I would be very thankful to u  .
