Appointment of auditors

Dear Members

we have finalised annual accounts of one Private Limited Company. The Company was incorporated during 2011, the ROC returns for the financial year ended 31st March 2014 were filed.

In the Notice the appointment of auditors was done for one year instead of five years.

This ommission was notice at the time of filing ADT 1

Is there any remedy
